2 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 49bdt platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and all registered members ("Member", "User", "you").

By accessing the 49bdt website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Logging in or continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the latest Terms.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use 49bdt's services. Creating or using an account by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. We may request ID or other documents to verify your age at any time.

3.2 One Account Only

Only one account per person, household, or IP address is allowed. If multiple accounts are created, all of them may be permanently closed and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

3.3 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide your real name, correct contact details, and valid identification information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect that someone is accessing your account without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

You can use the following methods to deposit funds at 49bdt:

• bKash — mobile banking
• Nagad — mobile financial service
• Rocket — mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — major Bangladeshi banks (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for all methods. The time it takes for a deposit to appear in your account depends on the payment provider's processing time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, verification processes or banking breaks may cause some delays.

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account's identity verification (KYC) is complete. Withdrawals may be put on hold if verification has not been done.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

For security reasons, we generally process withdrawals through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 49bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳10,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000 (bonus reaches the maximum cap)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only, not the original deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• If we suspect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus.

5.4 VIP Cashback

The 49bdt VIP program has four tiers — each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

49bdt is committed to fair play. If any member attempts to gain an advantage through fraudulent tactics, bot usage, software hacking, or any other dishonest method, their account will be closed and all winnings will be declared void.

6.2 Bet Cancellation or Correction

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct or cancel it.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits apply across different games and markets. These limits may change at any time. The specific limit for each game or market will be displayed on the platform.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, bets are settled after the outcome of the event is determined. If a match or event is cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled, the applicable rules will be communicated separately. Bets linked to match-fixing or other illegal activity will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Creating an account on behalf of a minor or another person
• Providing false information for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

49bdt does not accept liability for:

• Lost bets or missed opportunities due to internet disconnection
• Loss caused by a member's own mistake or negligence
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (unexpected technical issues, natural disasters, etc.)
• Account access by an authorized or unauthorized third party

However, if a member suffers direct loss due to a technical error on our part, we will take appropriate action after a proper review.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by Us

We may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Account inactive for an extended period

11.2 Closure by the Member

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please request a withdrawal of any available balance before closing your account.

13 Policy on Changes to Terms

49bdt reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify members via email or through a notice on the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the revised terms and conditions. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

14 General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and 49bdt. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this agreement.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

14.3 Language

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
